Returns & Store Credit


We stand by the quality of our headwear. If your item isn’t quite right, returns are accepted under the conditions below.



Eligibility


Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

    •    Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    •    In original condition


Items showing signs of use (including makeup, sweat, or scent) will not be approved.


For hygiene reasons, worn headwear cannot be returned.



Store Credit


    •    Approved returns are issued as store credit only

    •    Store credit does not expire

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable



Faulty or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.



Return Shipping


    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping

    •    We recommend using a tracked service

    •    Items must be securely packaged

    •    Your order number

    •    Reason for return

    •    Photos (if faulty)


Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
